What we collect
When you submit an audit request, we collect: company URL, your email address, optional company name, optional industry, timestamp, user agent, and originating IP. We also access publicly available information about the company URL you provide (site content, public reviews, public ads library data).
How we use it
Your email is used solely to deliver your audit teardown. Your company URL is analyzed against public data sources to produce the audit. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage
Audit request records are stored in a secure Postgres database (Supabase) encrypted at rest. Teardown outputs are stored for 180 days then deleted. Email addresses are retained for follow-up unless you unsubscribe.
Third parties we use
- Anthropic — LLM synthesis of audit findings. Subject to Anthropic's enterprise data policy (no training on your data).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Supabase — database hosting.
- Vercel / Cloudflare — website hosting.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tesseraai.io. We will delete all records within 30 days and confirm by email.
